I'm Oracle. If you know who I am that should tell you all you need. If not, dig harder.
I either play Barbara as Oracle or as Batgirl - Batgirl at age 20 or so, as a college student, with a mostly pre-Identity Crisis/Infinite Crisis background and an origin from The Batman rather than Batgirl: Year One (I don't follow the DCNU at all) Oracle's slightly older and in a wheelchair thanks to The Killing Joke - again pre-Infinite Crisis
Mun and Muse are over 18 in all cases.
